Services
Technical, permitting and environmental checks to understand what a renewable project is really worth, before investing.
Overview
A renewable project can have its permits and still have problems with the connection, the land or the environmental requirements. Due diligence brings them to light while there is still time to decide.
We work with funds and companies, including foreign ones, assessing projects in Italy. We can step in on this phase alone or follow the project in later phases too.

What we check
Validity, effectiveness and expiry of the permits, and their consistency with the project to be built.
Connection quote and solution, required works, schedule and validity.
Availability of the land and rights to bring the cable route to the connection point.
Environmental assessments, requirements and landscape constraints affecting the area.
Layout, capacity and output, with consistency across design, application and connection.
National and regional rules, suitable areas and transitional rules that apply to the procedure.
When it is needed
01
When considering the purchase of a project, permitted or still in development, and you need to understand what is missing and how much it matters.
02
When investors need a documented technical and permitting picture on which to base their decision.
03
A project lasts for years and regulations change in the meantime. It may need revising, including to take it from solar PV to agrivoltaics.
How we work
01
We start from what the client has to decide and which checks are really needed.
02
We examine permits, connection, land and studies, comparing them with one another.
03
We check on site what the paperwork alone can't clarify.
04
We report issues and possible solutions in a form that is useful for deciding.
