What data we process

Browsing data. The systems that run the site record technical data such as IP address, browser, page requested, date and time.

Data you send us. Through our contact forms we collect first and last name, email and message, which are required so that we can reply, and company, phone and service of interest, which are optional.

Why we process it

• To respond to your requests and follow up on any negotiations: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To ensure the security of the site and prevent abuse: legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To comply with legal obligations: art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We don't use the data for automated decisions or to send you commercial communications you haven't asked for.

For how long

We keep requests sent through the forms for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless they are needed for longer for a contractual relationship or legal obligations. Technical browsing data is kept for no more than 90 days, unless needed to establish offences.

Who can see it

Authorised Amato Consulting staff and the suppliers who help us run the site, hosting and email, appointed as data processors. The data is neither disclosed nor sold.

We don't transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If a supplier were to do so, the transfer would take place with the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to the certified email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
